is there ever a time that it is ok for your SO to say F u or go F yourself to you? I mean is there any comment that you could make that would make you think that response from that person would be ok or desirved? Or does this person just not repsect you at all? Really...please explain to me how you would feel if your signifacant other said this to you.

My husband would never say such a thing. For him to get that angry and disrespectful, I would have had to say something pretty mean first.

i would be very hurt...my OS doesnt even like me swearing around her in general...lol...i wouldnt take it...

 

i did say it once to a gf a few yrs back but she cheated on me and i wasnt ever going back to her so i didnt care..

I have not cheated..I have not said anything mean. I was expressing my concerns for his health. He has gained quite a bit of weight and drinks every night. This is not the first time this has happened. I have told him that I dont like it, how it makes me and feel and I have ask that he stop yet it continues.

That's awful...any time a person says such things to hurt one's feeling it's never right. It sounds like he's emotionally abusing you as well by him continuing to act and say things.

I'm really against profanity in general and greatly avoid using it myself. For someone to say that to me (or even to someone else) would be a huge eyeopener of who I 'thought' they were.

 

In other words, not acceptable. And don't expect this to be a one time thing, it'll probably happen again (let's hope not though).
