Need help please advise?

Does anyone else have a child with someone and going thru LC or NC?

 

 

Never married but have 3 yr old son with her.

Its tough and I just need advice on how to pursue NC.

You can't really have NC when there is a child involved. The best is to go LC with only responding or initiating communication that is absolutely necessary and relating to the child. If you have shared custody or visitation, then the conversations should be arrangements to pick your son up, etc, when its time. Do not get into small talk, etc, or being an "ear" for her, etc.

Yeah, you have to do limited contact. You still have to be in the best interest of your son.

I know But i dont have to see her i just tell her to pick him up and drop him off at my moms.
