ceez
should I get a humidifier, I think our heat is drying up my nose and making my head hurt, I told my manager at work about it and she has the same problem. I heard getting a humidifier will help that. Link to comment
BellaDonna
I use one at home. It definitely helps. I like the cool mist ones better than the warm mist ones. They do need to be cleaned periodically though because they can breed bacteria. It's best to clean them at least weekly. In that aspect they are very annoying to own. Link to comment

Leighton
It always helped with the random nosebleeds I got when I was younger. Link to comment
annie24
exactly as bella said, they MUST be cleaned often otherwise they will aerosolize bacteria, mold, viruses, and all sorts of other things. would someone at work be in charge of that? Link to comment
cazmoore
yes, make sure you clean it. Be careful to look at the windows for mold or mildew.. I get nose bleeds a lot (it helps) and I find when I have that in the house can breathe easier and my eyes aren't always stinging. Link to comment
