renaissancewoman101
Has it been dark and stormy (snowy) out by you? That could be a contributing factor? You could also be suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Link to comment
Lecturer
Depression, illness, vitamin/mineral/nutrient deficiency. Are you getting sufficient Vitamin D? It is a challenge in the winter, and unless you drink lots of milk or take a supplement, you almost certainly aren't getting enough. Winter blahs certainly de-energize most people. Link to comment
enchanted771
yes it has. I am not a winter person, i hate it. Link to comment
isilv3r
Could also be your self esteem, lack of motivation and confidence. Looking for a job is one of the most tedious difficult tasks to do. No one likes change and it's easier to just not do it and sit around wishing a job would come to you. It doesn't happen though, it takes effort. However, you need to find that motivation and 'reason' to do it, it will completely change your mental status, including your lack of energy. Eat right, think right and accomplish your goals.
