Sanesoul
Now that my lungs are cleared out from not smoking and I've been sober for more than a month, I want to take up an exercise routine. Due to my life conflicts, I don't have the time or means to go to the gym. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with the Turbo Jam series of workouts. It seems like something I could do in my home a few days a week with good results.
FrankenBeans
never heard of turbo jam, but i have a couple of friends that have done p90x and Insanity and they are all looking amazing! maybe try that.
Sanesoul
I've looked into both of those, and they are too intense for someone just starting out like me. I haven't ever had an actual exercise routine. The closest I got was going rollerblading everyday in my early 20s.
FrankenBeans
go at your own pace. p90x would prob be your best bet actually.
agent1607307371
Had a go at turbo jam but prefer the Chalean workouts. If you're looking for something that's free and can be done inside though, check out bodyrock.tv It's all bodyweight exercise, and has been working me
