Those who live alone, how much do you spend on groceries per week?

This fluctuates a lot for me. I can eat really cheap at certain times, other times I end up spending more. I am guessing it might average out to about $50 per week. Being able to shop at Trader Joe's definitely helps me keep the costs down, that is one thing I know for sure.

So it looks like I'm pretty much where everyone else is with this - about $50-60 a week. I don't feel so guilty now, I guess that's not a lot, especially since that includes pet stuff.

I'd average around 100$ a week (discount grocers) for myself before I moved to the home, but I eat A LOT. I bought little meat and cheese as it was too expensive for the amount of food I required.

 

Here the grocery cost has doubled just because there is no discount grocers around here.
