cinnamondelite
i have been in a relationship with a guy for 9 mths.He went on a crucial training camp to become a soldier. I did everything possible a good gf could posssibly do i supported him, by calling him everyday and sending tons of insprirational messages,i gave him so much love and care he could have ever wanted and i have never diss or mistreated me in any way. after the course ended he started behaving differently, he claimed that he was very busy and he has some problems in his life and he doesn't want to pull me down with him, i often wonder if i was the problem but then i cant possibly see why since i was there for him all the time and i am wondering if there is someone else.plz give me your input Link to comment
danielle1973
Can't be completely sure, but it sounds to me like you were there for him TOO much. What feels like "being there" to one person can feel like smothering to the other. I've been on both sides of the situation. Link to comment
cinnamondelite
well i thought about that, however i tried to give him his space.while he was at the camp he was so happy i was there for him,he even expressed how much he loved me and we were even talking about our future together. cinnamondelite
i also remember one time he had the weekend off and he barely wanted to spend time with me his excuse was "oh i haven't been in a relationship for so long so sometimes i forget that i am in one", i thought that this excuse was pure BS Link to comment
