This is probably a dumb question, but I've been chatting with a guy online, we've talked about four times. Yesterday before he went to bed, he gave me his number and said if I wanted to say hi to him during the day to send him a text or give him a call. I gave him my number so he has it.

 

Do I send him a text? What should I say? Or, since I gave him my number should I wait for him to contact me. I am probably over thinking this.

Wait a little while and text saying hi and talk as you would online. Here is a trick though, since you don't know where this is going to go make sure you take your time responding to him. Give him a chance to sometimes initiate a conversation. People always want what they cannot have and the less you give him the more he'll want. And if he does not respond to a message or call don't confront him about it let it go. We slip up sometimes.
