weird bank of america charges. help!

So I went to the bank this morning (got there right when they opened, dammit) and deposited $260 in cash. I had $-130.07 in my account, still had 2 pending debit transactions and 3 cleared ones, all which put me in the negative. I explained the situation, and she said b/c I'm depositing cash, I shoudl be ok for overdraft fees (she said they woudln't post till midnight). Hopefully that all covers it.

 

Still haven't heard back from my client about it. I wrote him and his partner an email on Saturday. No word back yet (thoug I know they've probably read it, as they've both updated their facebooks!).

 

When shoudl I write or call them again to work it all out if I don't hear back from them today?

i would give them a few more days and give them a call. that is just wrong.
