CRAZY soreness

I've been experiencing some INSANE soreness in my calves after my workouts lately. For the past three days, I've literally been limping around like an invalid. I've just added distance running and jumping rope into my daily exercise routine. I've done ballet for the past fifteen years or so, and have NEVER experienced soreness like this. It's a killer. I'm unable to do normal stretches and feel them because of the ballet, and I do yoga six days a week. Essentially, my calves are no longer stretchable for more than three or five seconds no matter what position I contort my body into. I'm taking potassium supplements, and two advil virtually every single day to deal with it, though I'd rather not continue the advil popping long term. Do I have any other options to deal with the calf soreness until my body gets used to it, or do I have to continue to limp around like House until it does?
