Editors?

Recommended Posts

There's a difference between a proofreader and an editor. An editor changes words and moves things around and often changes the point of the piece. A proofreader checks it for grammar, clarity, organization, etc, while allowing the writer's voice to remain clear. Many schools have writing centers that have proofreaders. Check into that at yours. But overall it's best to ask the professor.
