insecurefool
I've been going NC with my ex a couple weeks now but don't feel like I ever really explained why. I simply told her it wasn't a good idea that we talked outside of work. I feel a strong urge to write a letter letting her know that I'm using this time to heal, improve myself, and regain my self-confidence. I have no intention of using this as a way to make her feel guilty, or to plead to get back together with her. Rather, just to be informative. Let me know if you think this is a good idea. Thanks. simply complicated
If you have no intention of making her feel guilty, or wanting her back, then the letter would be a pointless thing to do. Link to comment
Girl wants EX
If she dumped you, no need. Link to comment
becca0194
I know you were probably hoping for people to say that you should write it. I know how strong that "need" can feel, but I wouldn't write it. If this person ended their relationship with you, you owe no explantation. They wanted you out of their life and now you are gone. Link to comment
insecurefool
quick summary, she moved out, ended relationship, i moved on, she saw this and wanted me back, when i finally came around (i was cautious after being hurt) she said she "needed time." that's where we stand today. thanks for the feedback thus far.
