Your pride? Your self-respect? Canceling one of the first dates is usually a sign for lacking interest and it disrepects your time.

 

Did she tell when you two can meet instead? If not, move on.

i canceled on a girl last week. i gave another day as an alternative. she said it would probably be good and get back to me. guess she didn't think i was legit. it was a valid reason too.

If anything since she bailed on your plans, tell her "let me know when your free and wanna get together". this will leave the ball in her court and if she is truly interested she will make the initiative. If not, well atleast you know early on.
