unsure and confused

Okay so I am dating guy and now he is gone for twenty days( working), he texts me at least once a day. I just don't understand why he doesn't just call me, if you have time to text, why not time to call. Its just the texting feels so impersonal, so it bothers me that he wouldn't put as much effort into calling me. Am I putting to much thought into this?

maybe he thinks you prefer text, or maybe he feels like he might be bothering you with a call every day.

 

why don't you ask him to give you a call and see what he does then?

 

also, just because you have time to text doesn't mean you have time to call. the two things often take significantly different amounts of time.

usually when people go away on a business trip, they are in fact busy. i know i was. but, i like the idea of calling back. try it and see what happens. leave a message if no answer.
