Sparkly Eyes Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 Recently I have been having pain in my legs, not very bad pain but it is still odd to me. A few days ago my legs muscles were stiff and were hurting(the kind of hurting you get after working out) However I had not been working out for a week! This is really really odd. Anybody has any idea what that could be? yesterday I went for a walk and when I came home I had a bit of pain too. Is it just because my legs are out of shape? It is odd because whenever I work out I mostly focus on my legs..but it still has been a week since I worked out. Link to comment
