fiona77
Hi all. I just wanted to see if people on the site have ever said or done something out of anger or being hurt that they later regretted. Also, did you feel the things that you said while in this state were true or just whatever spewed out of your mouth in the heat of the moment? If you did regret it, how did you attempt to rectify the situation? Link to comment
waveseer
More out of frustration. I apologized and didn't do it again. Link to comment

HealingHandsWarmHeart
yes, more times then i care to mention. I have said i was sorry- i tried to explain why i got so upset... i feel horrible once i've calmed down. I'm really trying to work on remaining calm and not getting so upset - because i really feel awful after i've said things i dont mean. Link to comment
lauramed
I think most of us have said things in anger that we regret later. When I was younger and angry a thought would come into my head, bounce of the back of my brain and would be out of my mouth before I would have time to edit it. As I've gotten older though I always remember what my sweet grandmother would say "you can never take back a spoken word". Link to comment
