Hey, I don't know your whole story, but I did peek through your other posts.

 

You must try to realise that you are NOT a mistake.

Right now you are making some mistakes, but you can change that if you wish.

Nobody is perfect.

And no one belongs here more than you; you are just as entitled to your place here in the world as every other person alive.

 

I'm sorry that your parents have let you down.

Just because your parents are messed up, doesn't mean that you are a bad person.

All it means is that you face some really tough challenges, and clearly these challenges are taking their toll on you.

Such challenges would be hard for any person in your shoes, so don't beat yourself up for struggling with all of this.

 

I'm so sorry that you're in so much pain right now.

Look, you've been to hospital 11 times, and you've been hurting yourself for 6 years.

Ouch.

Perhaps it's time to try a new strategy?

 

You've been feeling alone with your burdens, and they're dragging you down.

Now is your chance to let someone help you work through them.

 

There might be things that will be hard to talk about, but if you keep these feelings inside,

they'll keep eroding you from the inside out.

 

Please talk to the crisis worker, and see if you can get your very own appointed therapist--

someone that will be willing to work with you long-term.

 

It's okay to need help, we all do sometimes.

If you can find someone that you feel like you can to talk to regularly, I think you can get through this.

You just have to make the choice to give your life another chance.

Do you have insurance? If so.. I really hope you can get the strength to go back to the hospital. There is help out there for this.
