tom1607307597
I know this is a really subjective question, everyone is going to be slightly different on this but I was just trying to get an idea of what an is considered an "average" girl here in the states. Someone who isn't a supermodel, yet isn't down on the really bad end of looks I guess. Right now I'm trying to paint a picture of an average girl so I can stop chasing only cute girls all the time. shikashika
this is a weird question. How can anyone even answer this? Link to comment
ProtestTheHero
I agree with Shika, no one can really answer this since everything from body types, to muscles, to boob size, to butt size, to hair type are all based entirely on preferences that lie outside a progressive "better" or "worse" scale. What's cute to you might be "average" to me, so why not chase the women you find attractive since there will be males not into them at all? My "goddess" could be someone you'd not look twice at. Appearance is such a strange thing...there's really no need to compromise because often times it's not as competitive as you might assume. That's the power of personal preference. Link to comment
Sparkly Eyes
this is a weird question. How can anyone even answer this? no kidding! I was htinking the same. Why do you wanna know anyway? go after a girl you are attracted to and try to not base it just on looks. Link to comment
shikashika
The last guy I dated i thought he was sexy as .... However he had google glasses and the biggest of head of any human i've ever met. And, other people commented that he looked 'nerdy' So what? I thought he was hot! Link to comment
JDKunk
Chase the cute ones! The one's you like are the ones you want, and be damned to anyone who says differently! Link to comment
Jeremiah Johnson
Jennifer Aniston is average. There. I answered it even though it's totally subjective. C'mon people... don't be so scared of answering questions that can't be answered. Link to comment

whes
Hey if you think they're cute, then they're cute. Who cares who you're attracted to? It's not exactly something you can control. And if you go for a girl you aren't attracted to, then what's the point? As for average, all I know is that it sure as heck isn't me. Link to comment
SoMuchLove
Hm... you can't define average as it's a matter of opinion. Link to comment
ghost69
Hm... you can't define average as it's a matter of opinion. only in math. Link to comment
SoMuchLove
only in math. Do you have an idea of what you consider to be average??? Link to comment
ghost69
Do you have an idea of what you consider to be average??? for myself yes. but it might be what you consider low or high on what you look for. Link to comment
ghost69
well, i will look forever until i feel she is my one and only. i won't take just 'she's good enough i guess.' no way. Link to comment
servedcold
In the U.S., "average" is going to be 20-30 pounds overweight compared to most anywhere else in the world. Never go for or be "average" as a man, it is a sure recipe for total failure. You are either the lion or the rug here, no in between. Link to comment
tom1607307597
this is a weird question. How can anyone even answer this? I also find it really hard to answer this, but then again that's why I said it was subjective. Then again it's probably too subjective to answer, now I'm not sure if it was worth asking Link to comment

Why do you wanna know anyway? go after a girl you are attracted to and try to not base it just on looks. Hmmm... well that's the thing. I do for the most part, but I'm wondering if maybe I'm going after girls I don't have a chance with. Example of current situation I'm going through: I've been talking and trying to flirt with cute girl in one of my classes because she works in my lab group; lately she tends to ignore me during lab and avoid eye contact. I take that as a sign she isn't interested, she seems about average in looks. To me anyway, like everyone is saying this is a really subjective topic. Another girl, same class, has a boyfriend so she's not available obviously. None of these girls are what i consider really hot, but either they aren't available or they are almost never interested. I guess the problem here might be more of meeting girls who don't feel the same way about me, not so much an issue of me going after the wrong ones. Link to comment
Rachael77
5'3-5'6 135-150 lbs cute face i don't know man, lot harder than it seems I think that weight range is a little high for the height range. lol Link to comment
servedcold
One other thing to keep in mind, on U.S. dating sites, "about average" means "morbidly obese." Link to comment
Jake
An average looking person is a 5 on a 1 to 10 scale. Now what that 5 looks like ((completely)) depends on the individuals personal opinion. Link to comment
