What should I say?

Hi all,

 

I was borrowed into a different store over spring break where I met this girl there. At first I didn't even know her name but then I went up to her and introduced myself. After that she kept saying hello to me. Asking what I was up to. I would smile and make a comment or something. We got into a conversation about school and life. I told her that I didn't know if I would be working at that store again till the summer and asked if she had a facebook. She said she did so I said I would look her up. That sparked a conversation about our heritage. She even said something like "don't leave me here" when I told her I had 20 min before I had to clock out.

 

I would like to send her a message online and spark a conversation. If it goes well I will tell her I might visit her at work. Then I would go ask her out in person. I have done this so many times I don't fear that anymore. I am just not sure what I should say to her online.

 

How can I message her and be flirty? "Hey whats up cutie?" is that cheesy?. "Hey ______, how have you been? I thought you were really cute at work."

 

I don't worry about working with her because we work at two different stores, so its not a big deal.

Don't try too hard! Just be yourself. If that is thowing a "cutie" in there or whatever.. do it. I wouldn't. But that is not who I am. Don't worry about trying to be flirty and just do it. =)

The element of surprise may be better here. if you tell Her online that you will go and drop by at Her work sometime you might start overthinking the whole thing, wondering what exactly She's thinking / feeling. Just go there on a whim, almost as if it is spontaneous, like "Oh, ..... works just nearby here, I may as well swing by and say hi while I'm this way!". Overthinking = Not good!

 

Have you got Her number? If not, ask Her for it face to face rather than over Facebook, unless you do get some regular (and maybe flirty) repoire with her online. Like TheCeej said, being too flirty with the 'cutie' thing isn't cool at this point, unless of course in the event She happens to start sending / saying such things to you.

She replied back "hey i'm ok how have you been?"

 

I'll reply back and then try and surprise her like you suggested. I have an idea of when she is working but not 100 percent sure.

Yea. I say this a lot but when you analyze you may freeze up and do nothing. Just be playful and do what feels natural. There is no "one right thing to say"in ANY situation.

 

All that matters is that you keep attraction up. Don't appear to be EXTREMELY into her. Just chill and she'll come to you. Sounds likes she's somewhat interested already(but don't hold me to that)
