How do I proceed from here?

So this girl started communication wth me on link removed and were in the stage where we can both write and send messages to each other. We've sent several to each other and she sent me her phone number a few days ago. The other day I called her for the first time and we spoke on the phone for like an hour, she then had to go because she had work early in the morning. Overall I think it was a pretty good conversation, we have alot in common. The next day she send me a message on EH telling me that she enjoyed talking to me and such, so later that night I texted her and got a couple responses back from her "how was your day and such" but then nothing. I'm not new to the whole EH thing, but usually once you speak on the phone for the first time you don't speak to her anymore through the website. I would at least like to take this girl out once, but how should I proceed from here: should I call or text her, or send her a message through the site? And if so what should I say? I don't want to scare her away but I've never been in a situation like this before, usually I talk on the phone a couple times with the girls I meet on EH and then we make plans to go out, without anymore communication on the site. Thanks for reading. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If she is interested in you then she will respond to either method of communication. Most people seem to want a call but I dont think that is necessary since, she seems to be fond of using EH to communicate when she already has your number.

You need to call her and ask her out. I would start getting frustrated if a guy called me but didn't ask me out - the call is like the final "virtual" stage - and I expect that during that call he will suggest we meet up - otherwise I wonder what his intentions are!

 

Sounds like she's super interested, capitalise on that by asking her out now, or else she'll start to doubt your interest and invest in other options!

Just an update: I spoke to her and were going out later tonight. Its my first date since my ex-gf broke up with me like a month and a half ago! Thanks for the advice.

Hey. To give an update. The date went pretty well. I guess. We met up at a bar/restaurant near both of us. The conversation was pretty good. At the end I walked her to her can and she gave me a hug. She said she had a good time, I told her that I would call her. When I got home I sent her a text saying that I had a good time and we should do it again, and she sent me a text the next morning saying she had a good time. So we'll see what happens, I'll try to get a second date with her. The only thing is, there doesn't seem to be much communication between us, we've spoken on the phone for like an hour twice, but with most of the girls I meet online or offline there is ALOT of texting and such. I know she's busy doing stuff for her job and such, and/or maybe she's just not big on texting. But I don't know what to make of it. Any ideas or suggestions as to what I should do. I'm definitley a bit out of practice when it comes to dating, but thats what relationships do to you.

Don't stress about the limited communication. I have learnt from experience to cut back to the texting and emailing - so maybe she is just playing it cool like us girls are taught. If we text / communicate too much we may be perceived as "desperate"... Oh the games!

 

Still sounds like a good date, ask her for another and see what progresses!
