I Need Help!

My girlfriend broke up with me, i didn't see it coming and she broke my heart, and the next day she said we could just call it a "break" and 2 days later she went to a football game, and she held hands with some guy that liked her, and she had liked him a year ago, she let him hold her hand, she said she didn't like him and that she was vulnerable! and im still dwelling over that! we get into fights every time i bring it up, i don't know how to forget about it, we were broken up for 11 days, and she held his hand 5 months ago, im so pissed at that! because i can't believe she would let him hold her hand! Who does that!? once she told me about that i thought she broke up with me so she could be with him, it hurt me and still does whenever i think about it! I don't know how to get over it?

If you want to stay in this relationship you need to let it go. She's only human, you guys were on a break, and all she did was hold the guy's hand. It was 5 mos. ago, that's way too long to be dwelling on something like that. You got back together with her, that means you leave the past in the past. If you can't let it go then you are not mature enough to be in a serious relationship, to be frank.

Listen man, she only held the dudes hand its not that bad, everyone has a history of liking somebody else and when times go bad they look back to that person. I know i do. She probably shouldn't of held the guys hand. if thats all it was the dont worry man. Me and my ex split for 2 months at which point she dated my mate, i nearly forgave her after a while and things seemed to be getting better, but then we split again other other things. dont let one little problem get to you so much, there's many more things for you 2 to look forward to, believe me.
