do you miss you old lover? a 5 year friendship became nothing after breakup. havent interact for a more than a year. saw her a few times from afar. never say hi after the first encounter with her she move away. saw her today at the ATM. walk pass. had a feeling of missing something. i didnt realise but sub-concisiously i wanted to linger around for her to see me or bump into me. i dont know why.. perhaps it bother me enough to type it down here..

Depends on the relationship you had. I myself have no feelings in any way shape or form to anyone from my past relationships.

 

The guy I am on the verge of breaking up with after 5 years... I suspect if I bump into him years down the road or so, especially if he were to be with someone else, I would still probably feel a little sad for what we once had and maybe wish it had not failed.

Of course! There was a reason you were attracted to the person to begin with, and seeing someone can dredge up old feelings of fondness (or bitterness) or both.

I'll admit it, I miss him. I find myself thinking of him more than I had and it's been about 5 years now since we were together.

It's kind of funny that after some time has passed we only tend to remember the good times we had with our ex's
