The influenza bug/virus can still live in our system for a week after all symptoms are gone. By exercising you increase your metabolic rate, which, if you are still carrying germs around in your system, can end up attacking your immune system.

 

Try not to exercise for another week or until your symptoms have completely gone, then ease yourself back in gently.

i usually hit some cardio to kick the crap out of the sickness. drinks lots of water while doing it. another good thing is to get one of those half gallons of orange juice and go sit in a sauna with your face looking at the floor. just let it all come out.
