cristal Posted February 13, 2009 Posted February 13, 2009 Power walking and eliminating carbohydrates. I have been working out at the gym for many years with weights, 3 days a week. I do at least 900 situps a week, but was still loading up on the carbs. About a year ago, I gave up carbs, except for bran cereal and started the power walking in the park, 2 days a week. In addition, I walk to work, which adds up to about 3 1/2 hrs. a week. I still continue with the gym workouts. It took awhile, but I really finally started to feel my rib cage again, after many years of not feeling it. So fast power walking and eliminating the carbs, is what did it for me. And I am loving it! If you do it religiously, it will work for you. Good luck!
