people walk all over me & it's no one elses fault but mine

I am going through something and I don't really know what it is? Let me explain. I act overly anxious about everything...Almost guilty acting around everyone. I can never really relax. I don't like having conversations with people or making small talk because I feel as though I would say something completely stupid or look stupid at that.

 

This behavior of mine is frustrating. I frustrate myself](*,) because I know how I am acting is completely irrational and stupid. At times, I withdraw myself because I can't take getting all worked up for no reason. I just got a job and already I act I weak and don't speak up when I'm talked too. When I don't speak up for myself because I'm afraid, people walk all over me. How can I become a stronger person? Why do I care about everyone else and what they think?

Because you are in overdrive.Stop thinking so much about the millions of thoughts in your head and start living in the moment more. I come from a traditional mediteranean family and we were made to feel like the way you are.

Step back and realise that you...are the most important person in the world..Step back and ask yourself..what do you want in your life?Do you enjoy it when some braindead pencil penis guy talks down to you? Who are they? Dont stand for this self limiting behaviour ?
