SeaBisquit Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 this is a pretty bad one. i'm with a guy right now that won't leave me alone. he has even broke into my house once and i called the cops. he got arrested and then three day later he got out a jail. i couldn't believe it. he's on parole. he told his parole officer that i was in love with him and that he was living at my house. his parole officer and the cops believed him over me. when he got out of jail he went right to my house and i haven't been able to get rid of him. i'm afraid if i tell him to get lost he will bust into my house and i will have to buy for the damages. i can't stand this guy.
PsychGirly Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 It's YOUR house. Nobody has a right to be there if you don't want them to. I would get a restraining order against him. Sounds scary...
EQD Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 how can he bust into your house if he is already in it? get a restraining order..
shikashika Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 Why don't you kick him out? or get the police to get him out?
SeaBisquit Posted February 4, 2009 Author Posted February 4, 2009 he was staying with me for a few days then i told him to go back to his house. he got all crazy and broke into my house. i couldn't get him out of my house. i couldn't even get to a phone until he fell asleep and that was even scary. i had to text a friend to call the cops.
Scorpion Fury Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 you're with this guy? what?? I'd get a restraining order. If he's on parole he won't wanna f around with that. If he has half a brain he'll leave you alone
EQD Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 you obviously like this kind of turbulence or else you would be making a better effort to get away. looking at your past posts solidifies my point. good luck to you.
metrogirl Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I'm confused....Is this your boyfriend or an ex-boyfriend. I was reading your past threads and I think I'm lost somewhere.
HeartGoesOn Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 How can you expect the cops to believe that he broke into your house, when you let him in?
scorpio47 Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 First things first, you gotta get a restraining order. Talk to an attorney, see what your options are. Get the police involved as well.
