liveyourlife Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 Hey all, I weighted my self today and I am 4 lb less than 2 weeks ago when I started my weight loss plan. At first I was a bit discouraged because I was hoping it would have been more, but after giving it a thought I felt happy and proud. It's just my first 2 weeks and everyone has told me that it's hard to lose weight at first because of building metabolism and I felt happy that I even managed to lost 4 lb, and I feel good knowing that the numbers will probably become slightly more satisfying later on. I feel good about my self now and I feel like I can actually reach my goal. I have a long way to go, but I trust my abilities a lot more now. At least now I have 4 lb less to worry about losing
