Well this past week on tuesday I started a new way of life and that is I have to lose 100lbs. I currently weigh and tip the scales at just 351lbs, My whole life I've had many issues with keeping my weight in check. most of my friends are shocked when I tell them this because they all think that I only weigh roughly 240ish or so not to mention i'am much more fit than anyone else I know at this size I can run, walk and workout & such.

I have come along away from 396 back in 05 and I lost alot of weight and I came back down to 329 but I started slacking and gained some but I'am going to do something about it.

So the doctor told me from now on I have to eat like a Diebetic which sucks it throws off my mood completely sometimes and since I no longer can't drink monster energy drinks I'am always tired

This is going to the week where i'am going to become more active since the weather out here is looking great. I will park the car and go for a walk instead. The only thing that does suck is I do live in a rural area so theres not many safe places to walk around here. Week one is almost finished and everything is looking great so far. I have never been so focused on making a change thats going to be so difficult to achevie.

Thankfully I don't have any serious health issues yet and to be honest with the way I was eating prior to this I should weighed in at over 600lbs! so thats a good thing that I know my metablisum is great now its just time to take advantage.

Ill keep you guys posted because I want everybody to hold me accountable to this cause by the time this is all said and done I should be done with school as well as be debt free and working towards my finanal indepenance.

So I will be going to weigh myself on tuesday to see where I stand.

woohoo!!! hang in there. i am a huge fan of weight watchers. all the men i know on that program shrunk away to nothing practically overnight. accountability is so important. to me, knowing i have to step on the scale on saturday mornings helps keep me motivated.

this might not be healthy either but there are plenty of sugar free energy drinks (and coffee which doesnt have sugar unless you put it in there). also i personally like "slim fast" style shakes that have nutrients in them (although mb not as healthy from getting from real food) but less calories than an actual meal but feal quite filling. One of the bonuses to these shakes is u can buy them in bulk for like 60-70 cents a piece which is great finanically to replace a meal. if you find them in a regular gas station store they're still only like 1.60 which is still much less than a meal. you still need to eat at least 1 real meal a day (or mb 2 if your doctor says so) but its a lot easier to keep your one meal healthy then 3

I weighed in today at 337lbs exact.

My goal for the moment is to get down to 330 by the end of next month or sooner.

I'm also getting reading to start training for a hiking trip here soon.

I've been walking a mile perday since last tuesday. This past friday I walked over 6.2 miles.

I don't know what the results are but I'm gonna wait till friday when i hit the scale.
