O.k.

I'm going to make this like a movie script. I'll try...

 

Doug enters the bar and greets his roommate who is running sound for the live band. He notices that the bartender from last Saturday is there and he tells himself he has to talk to her.

 

DOUG: Can I get a miller lite? This time it's just me! Hahahah! No more shots this time!

 

BARTENDER: Oh! Hahahah!

 

Doug grabs his drink and walks to the front to watch the first band play.

The band finishes and he goes back to the bartender.

 

DOUG: Hey, do you always work on a Saturday? I've been seeing you awhile.

 

BARTENDER: Yeah, I've been working Saturdays lately.

 

DOUG: That's cool, what's your name? I'm Doug. I'm Jay's roommate...so you'll probably see me a lot more! hahahah!

 

BARTENDER: My name is Ally, nice to meet you.

 

Doug grabs himself another beer, goes back to see the last band play.

After the last band plays he mingles with everyone until it's time to close. He asks a buddy of his, Chris if he should tell Ally she is pretty. He tells Doug to tell her.

 

DOUG: Hey, I have to be honest. You are like the most sexiest, beautiful girl I've seen.

 

Addy seems like she likes the compliment. Jay and Chris come join Doug at the bar.

 

JAY: Oh, hey...yeah, this is Doug. He's my roommate.

 

DOUG pondering what to say) Yeah...I'm really honest. I just don't know...

 

ADDY: What?!

 

DOUG: You seem like the type of girl to take home to the family. You know like girlfriend material, just not F'buddy material...but that doesn't mean you are not a F'buddy material to someone else.
