I would say that since your life is heading in two very different directions that if you got back together that it would work for a little while but then it would fall apart again. So its probably best if you go through all the heart break and the pain now rather then some now and more later. My philosophy is that if he is meant to be in your life he will be regardless of what happens. I hope this was helpful. Take care. I know exactly how you are feeling. R.

You I really feel that I probably should not go back to him. I told him I want to already, and he is having a hard time in his life. His life has been nothing short of hard. I guess I just need to heal. I need to let go. It is so hard. He used to be wonderful but later on I believe his true personality in a relationship came out when we had been together for a while. He is so distracted, never home. He is free and out and non motivated. He isnt good for me, yet I love him. This will be so incredibly hard to accept =*(

Love it really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don't risk anything, you risk even more..

 

Thats all I have to say... however good things may come about in your future. Maybe you and he will cross roads one day, and realize how good you two are for each other.
