when can you get pregnant?

ok I have a question...me and my girlfriend had a little bit of an accident but i'm pretty sure everything is fine. She takes birth control so i dont think anything could happen, but is it possible for a woman to get pregnant 3 days after her period ends??? just to be sure like if she wasn't taking the pill?

If she is taking the pill you are safe. Are you worried that your gf was lying to you about taking the pill?

It is possible at any time during the cycle.

 

If you are so concerned while she is on birth control, use condoms as a back up.

 

With birth control, you are most likely very safe. But, a back up gives you that much more peace of mind.

There are times where it is most likely but you can get pregnant at any time. With her being on birth control, while you aren't fully protected it is a less chance of pregnancy. If you are going to worry after said accident maybe you should consider using condoms as well?

You can get pregnant anytime after puberty sets in if you are female and unsterilized.

It becomes more possible if the girl is lying about even taking a pill, or taking it RIGHT. I mean some girls skip a pill or two and take it the next day, but if they continously do it 3 times in a row or something things get messed up. Or say they have a medication that interferes with the bc pills, then that could cause an easier way to get pregnant. Lots of factors. There are SOME, not all, girls who don't take their pills right just out of forgetting. So what I'm saying is you can't always count 100% on just one method.

You should make sure she ALWAYS takes her pill on time. Never miss one, and also pull out as an extra percaution.
