I have read posts about ex's using the wall. There are posts here but too long to read. Can anyone sum up what it means exactly?

I think people mean the wall on someones profile on facebook

The Wall, it's part of the Facebook profile, where people can view the conversations going on between people.

 

Mostly used for poops and giggles.

The wall is the part of ones facebook page where your friends can leave messages. Unlike your inbox, the wall is visible for everyone you have added to your friends (or your network, or everyone depending on your privacy settings).

 

It's usually a bad idea for exes to keep track of each other's wall posts.

Nope, not that wall. Its when you cant even get through to your ex and they are being irrational and defensive. Its been talked about before.
