There has been some fishy stuff that's happened already, but we are not together so I can't get mad at it. Anywho, my ex knew of him a while back, they had a mutual friend so my ex and the guy I'm dating eventually became assoicates. After the ex left me for another girl, the guy and I started going out a lot and hanging out together, all seemed like magic. Until my ex found out. So my ex calls the guy I'm dating and I don't know what happened, but now the guy I'm dating doesn't talk to me anymore. And now my ex is giving me the "I"m so sorry, I love you, I miss you, I need you in my life" BS I'm just so confused and hurt by everything, I really don't know what to do with either guy. My ex, the mutual friend, and the guy I'm dating would hang out every now and then because of the mutual friend. But they didn't really ever talk to eachother, just traded numbers. Link to comment

Your ex could have told your new guy anything. At the same time, if I were dating a guy and his ex girlfriend called to say "by the way, I thought you should know _____," I would be suspicious and ask the guy I was dating for his side before ignoring him all together. The new guy didn't have the balls to approach you with whatever was said, and you need a guy who is more of a man than that! Link to comment
