Just love how ex's act!

Ok.. I have been broken up with my ex for almost two years now (she broke up with me and i was devastated)... she has had a boyfriend for almost a year now who she claims is so in love with and i just recently started dating a girl right before the holidays after being single for almost two years who is a great girl who attends my university... This girl is amazing and is everything my ex was not... I just dont understand, my ex calls me all the time (i dont answer, just listen to her voicemails) wondering about my new girlfriend and how she is, keep in mind i havent talked to my ex for almost a year. I guess my question is,why doesnt she even care about my new gf? I havent talked to her in almost a year.

Some people are so self-centred they can't bear the idea that their ex is no longer pining for them but has found someone else - especially if they think the someone else might be better than they are.
