Tethryn
Heya! Put simply I REALLY need new clothes, but I have a really low budget. If I buy anything that's worth a lot of money then I want it to last or look good. I'm looking for advice on all sorts of fashion from clothing, to shaving and hair-cuts, an even cosmetics! I don't mind wearing womens clothing either (As long as it looks good, I hear a lot of rock-stars bought womens sizes). In all honesty I don't go out all that often, be it just going somewhere or to a party or such, but when I do I would like to look decent and attractive. I have a slim figure, a lot of my clothes from when I was 14+ are a bit tight, but still fit me (All the pants are "high-water" pants now though). I do like tight clothes though that show of my figure, and usually I have a goatee or full beard, my hair also has a slight curl to it. (There is a pic of me in my profile) Anyways, thanks in advance! (I'm also asking about this because my 21st Birthday is coming up on the 16th and I might be going to a nightclub with some friends!) GoldenHillGuy
If there is an H&M around you, they have cheap fashionable clothes. Some of it's crap. Kohls has some cheap stuff. Target will serve you very well. Don't write them off! H&M has a thing where you can dress up a model and see how it looks. You can even cut out a pic of your face and put it in. LOL. Good luck. I'm fashion retarded as well. Link to comment
Penny_Lane
Got any vintage stores around you? You can pick up some pretty cool stuff from there and for good prices! Link to comment
Blanco Nino
I always raid the thrift store of their old school men's dress shirts for around 75 cents each. You can get those great 70's oranges and greens and browns. And the Western patterns. Plus the collar and cuffs are always funny. One of those and a nice pair of dark Levi's looks good believe or not. You will get tons of comments too from guys and gals. This to me is better than getting the same shirt at a department store that one in every four High School dudes have. Target is for socks and underwear. Link to comment

luxy
Whats H&M? H&M is a chain store for young women/men. If you don't have one near you, try Forever 21. If you can't stomach shopping in a predominately 'female' oriented store, shop online. Alright, you said low budget, so here are some suggestions... link removed ( for a more vintage appeal ) link removed for H&M one of my personal favs, link removed rock tees will go great with any pair of jeans, pretty much. link removed has some pretty awesome tees on sale. and link removed on sale. may be out of your price range, but if you're looking for a few high-quality pieces, I recommend you check it out. don't rule out link removed ( their selection is a bit dated, but for mass market, it's decent ) I work in the apparel industry...I'm actually quite interested in eventually getting into menswear ( currently in girl's juniors division ). Sometimes I feel like guys get shafted when it comes to fashion--women have a lot more freedom. for men, anything flamboyant seems over the top for most people. Link to comment
Brightest Dark
Do you know your exact sizes? Do you have a credit card? If so, buy stuff off ebay? I have bought heaps of awesome clothes on ebay that were super-cheap. You can save a lot of money and buy more clothes. Ok, you can't try them on or see them first, but if they are super-cheap it doesn't matter. And if worst comes to the worst you can always resell them on there to someone else (maybe even making a profit). How about a plain black shirt and black trousers? Have your hair like Jared Leto! ...Actually, here's a pic... I like his style: image removed Link to comment
zenbabyk
I think kanye west's style is sexy! However, it's because it fits him. I think you should just go to the store, pick out what YOU like and wear that- otherwise you're just playing dress up. Link to comment
drewciouS281
i agree with zenbaby. kanyes style is pretty nice. i sorta sport a mix style like that but like she says, just go to a store and buy what you like. For a night club, just wear sorta something like in your pic. nice jeans, nice dress shoes and a casual tee with a casual sports coat over it. nice watch or bracelet with a necklace. Personally my style of clothing i get mainly from the buckle or pac sun but those places or a bit more pricey. Link to comment

Well if you friends are skaters then Kanye's style would not fit them and they would look goofy in that. duh. Tethryn
I like wearing suits! What about Deoderant? Cologne? Body-wash? I hear some girls get headaches from some stuff... Heh All I have is... Old Spice Signature After-shave and Cologne (Got for Christmas) Old Spice Deoderant British Sterling After-shave and Cologne I also have both ears pierced, right now the only earrings I wear in them are the piercing studs that have Garnets I think (January Birthstone). I wanna get some small silver loops but haven't found any... Also I agree that us guys get shafted kind off, girls get sequins and all that flashy stuff, and crock leather! These are some looks I like that I found on Target... (I don't know how to make small links, sorry!) link removed link removed link removed link removed link removed link removed Link to comment
Penny_Lane
For guys, I love Criss Angels style. Besides that, others that come to mind are Pharell, especially when he gives it that skater-ish twist. Link to comment
Tethryn
Last time I got my hair cut I had it done basically like this... link removed It's only "straight" when it's short, I don't know if you can see it in my profile pic but my hair is actually wavy/curly (I hate it cus all the hair styles I've always wanted have to have STRAIGHT hair) If I comb my hair straight down after I take a bath I end up looking like choir boy or as if I've gotten a "pudding-bowl" cut, but with it being long in the back, and it goes right into my eyes which is annoying, and if I remember correctly it's layered too... I do have Hair Putty and Hair Glue, and Mousse and Gel, but I've never been good at playing with my hair really... I like this but I'm not sure if I have enough hair for it right now! link removed Been thinking I want to get a Hair-cut... (I could always ask my cousin to make me look her kids (She gives them buzz-cuts)) Link to comment
Ramm Zwei
Are we talking about clothes that are supposed to be worn by a guy here? Link to comment
Nutz
link removed Lots of great stuff there. Something I've learned over the last year or so is that what you spend on your clothes usually shows. Good styles, quality, etc is pricey. You can cut corners here or there, but nothing you get at Walmart can compare to Perry Ellis, Kenneth Cole, etc. Link to comment
