Is it Possible that we would get back 2gether in the long run...

Ex and I have brocken up for almost 4months... and i still have this feeling we would get back together.

(We were together for 5yrs).

 

I really do.. All our friends have said that we just needed a break or space/ we would get back together.

 

Or am I only wishing... hoping... dreaming... ??

 

I still know he's the one deep inside, i also think this break up is good for us.

but what if he moves right along and find some one else.

 

Is it true that if you cant live with out them you should never give up??

 

or should i just forget about it all.

My mother and father broke up when they were dating and engaged. They did not speak, see each other, hear from each other, ect for 8 MONTHS!

 

They fixed it down the road, and have now been married over 20 years.

My girl and I broke up 2 months ago. She has admitted to me that shes gone on a few dates, but also admits to me that I am the one. Weird huh? We just need a break I guess.

 

The sucky part is not knowing how long until we try to re-kindle....even though we both know it will happen.

Mimi, of course, it is possible to get back together. However, that may not happen when you want it to. Right now, you are thinking about this so much because , in actuality, the break up is still fresh. 4 months is not that long , especially for a 5 year relationship. Trust me, I was with my ex for 5 years and we have been for broken up for about 5 months, I guess. Yes, it is possible to get them back. I feel the only way that could possibly happen is when you set your attention on something else besides them. Even if they do start seeing someone else, that does not that is the person for them. They may just be seeing what else is out there. What I would recommend, is to not focus on if you all will get back together because you are just giving yourself a headache. Trust me, I know it hard, but you got to do it. Maybe the seperation was for a reason. Whatever it is you will not find the answer sitting around guessing it. Take the time to focus on yourself and everything else will fall in place. Trust me, I am going through this to. Remember, a watched pot takes longer to boil.

I have put it in the back of my mind.

I do my day to day normal living...

 

and one day hopefully we'd get over being single/ running the single life and start over.

 

nothing major happened in our relationship no cheating, no lies... we were just scared that we would never know better becuase we have been 2gether for soo long.

 

i hope this is just a break... to have some time to soul search.

From what I have learned, from my own situation, and others is.. 99% of girls go through this stage where they absolutely have no idea what they want to do. Sometimes they freak out and need space. Often they come back though. Just give her space bro.
