Always meet the beginning...

I've been trying to listen around from people who know to talk to women well and I gotta say the part I have the most trouble with is the beginning, which is the part that I never catch... I saw this guy, but he was already almost done, and he sounded like a PUA cause of how formal he and well-mannered and collected he sounded (think that thread about kissing the stranger in 12 minutes? Well that's kinda what he behaved like). I mean from far away I thought they were together but then I get closer cause I was on the next register and his good bye sounded very formal. This was at a supermaket, then at the drug store I saw another one and he was totally making the girl laugh, but again I missed how it got started.

 

Last but not least I saw a friend and he was talking to this really hot girl I had never seen before, so I assume they didn't already know each other, but this one I didn't hear anything, cause they were already saying "see you around" and such. I dunno what to begin with... Some help with that might help.

im open about being a dork. so far grls have dug it and those that havent w/e. I dont try to be smooth i am open about how not smooth i am. Like there was this really cute grl and i didnt know her she was a waitress at some place and i said this sounds dumb cause i dont know what to say but we should hang out sometime i mean go to a concert or something and i was fiddling and nervous and didnt hide it and she dug it. i think at least this way girls wont think im a creep.

Well PUA's are not creeps... They just know how to present themselves. I guess I should try your way... I'm definitively not smooth, no sense in pretending to be. But the more I try, I guess the better I'll get... I'm gonna try that tomorrow just to see what happens...

The KEy to starting up a conversation and turning it into a date is being FUNNY. Or being confident - almost borderline cocky, but not TOO cocky. Chicks can sniff it out when you are TOO cocky, cause that means you are actually insecure.

 

So, if you don't think you can balance the whole confidence thing (if you are truly confident when talking to a girl, it doesn't matter WHAT you say, you can say ANYTHING, and they fall for it because you are confident) then you should try to master being funny. Funny works EVERY time. The good news? You can learn to be funny. Yes, everyone can. There are tons of books out there about being funny and comedy writing. I suggest you read a couple of them. It will help you with a LOT of things, not just women!
