dtgrl812
I have a co-worker. He kind of freaks everyone out. You know the guy people secretly fear will go nuts one day? This is the guy. He told my coworker K. this: "So my ex won't let mr see my daughters.... she caught me looking at 'hardcore porn' and says I am 'unfit'. can you believe that?" He really said that... K asked him ' how is it going' and that was the man's response. This man also has some rage issues and last week threw a keyboard at the floor in a fit of rage. How do we handle this situation so it doesn't push him over? Link to comment
annie24
maybe you should talk to your boss, or HR and see if they can have a talk with him about his behavior at the office. throwing a keyboard would freak me out too! what if he hit one of you guys on accident? Link to comment
nurse1986
Well, it's obvious the guy feels uneasy. Maybe he confided in your boss because he had no one else to talk too. I don't think your boss should be talking about him though. Maybe he just needs an ear. It's also apparant that his ex is judging him for watching porn. I don't know what kind of porn this man is watching, but I don't think it's legal for his ex to keep him from his kids. Just becasue he watches porn doesn't mean he is a bad person. Link to comment
nurse1986
If he has anger issues, he really shouldn't be bringing them to work. It's unprofessional of him to throw things out of anger at work, and childish. Link to comment

dtgrl812
My friend "K" is not his boss. "L" just offered up this info Link to comment
nurse1986
It's still not right to gossip about a co-worker. If you're really afraid of him, then you need to go to HR and let them know how you feel around your coworker. If you are not afraid of him and don't want any problems, then leave him alone and stay out of his business. Link to comment
dtgrl812
i may talk to my HR director. This guy has some rage issues. I just remembered that he threw the door off its hinges right before christmas. when managment asked they said it was a guest that did it. Link to comment
redrose85
I can relate, op, and I know what you mean. I used to work in a huge call center and there were a few people there who I often wondered not if, but when, they were going to go postal. Don't always judge a book by it's cover though. One of the friendliest guys at the place wound up taking a job as a bouncer a few years later, and he played a big part in the "murder" of an innocent kid at a bar. Link to comment
