I'm so so soooooooooooooo scared but i know i have to go as i've been putting it off so long. Could you guys tell me what to expect? And any ideas on how to control my nerves, shaking, sickly tummy (i won't go there)! etc... Ta Link to comment

The hard part is if they were to find something wrong, (like in my case) the procedures afterward are kind of harrowing. But I digress.
