After removing hemmoroids, difficult to pass stool completely, also stool is thinner.?

after colonoscopy and having 2 hemoroids removed a year ago. colonoscopy reported nothing serious. ever since the removal of hemoroids., it felt like i couldn't completely pass the stool. but otherwise no problems. except once in a while thin stool. beginning 2 months ago, thin stool became more frequent so i went to check. they found blood in the stool, but the blood was invisible to naked eye. just recently i feel a little dizzy,
