paranoiac543
Hiii all, I have this little problem. For the past 4 days or so I've noticed I'm never hungry. It is now 9pm and all I've had were some french fries. I took a bite out of a sandwhich but I got nauseas because I really didn't want it. I get full really fast. I'm a little depressed but I've been really depressed before and it hasn't really affected my eating..uh..stuff..exept i craved more candy lol.. Should I go to a doctor? What is wrong with my body? alli
I get that sometimes. Maybe you are about it get sick. Also, for me if I don't eat breakfast, I won't get hungry at all until the afternoon. Try eating a little bit more often. Even if you aren't hungry, have a piece of toast for breakfast & drink things like milk or oj that has nutrients in it. If your appetite still doesn't come back, then see a Dr. Also, when I had a stomach ulcer I felt like that. I'd have a couple drinks of water & feel like I had just stuffed myself with a 3 course meal. Link to comment
Casey13
I wouldn't go to the doctor unless you suffer sudden weight loss, loss of energy, unusual fatigue or other feelings of sickness that come along with malnutrition. Sometimes your body just doesn't need those extra calories. If you're feeling healthy and same as before I wouldn't worry about it unless it continues for a few months or longer then I'd be worried I'm not getting the nutrients and caloric intake I need to be healthy., Link to comment
