I hear about my ex yesterday...and it ruins all of today

I mean, I didn't want to feel that way, but I was on the phone with my friend, and I was told that my ex's porn habits...I mean, my friend didn't mean to bring it up (because the story related to her) and I realised that, despite me saying I'm "over her", it set me in such a mood, that I just fell into a depression.
