It's kind of reinforcing if you were to type "scared and alone" every time you see your own name and every time you log in. Do something for yourself on Christmas, change the name. You're a new person next year.

I like the idea of a letter. Maybe one day I'll get the courage to write letters to some people in my family. I've got a lot of stuff I want to share with them.
