can jealousy make you confused?

long story short. i broke up with my girlfriend because i do not think i was in love her. but the thought of her with someone else makes me jealous plus i saw her with a new guy. first thing before anyone shouts at me. i will not go back on what i have done i wont ask her back because im not sure if its because i saw her with someone else is this completley natural?

 

to think i want back with her because it looks like shes moved on and i am still single. i am lonely and have not clicked with anyone since we broke up. how bad can this jealousy feel?

Tell me something...why do you think you are not in love with her? What made you come to that conclusion? How long did you guys date for? Maybe you still do love her and you are trying to convince yourself and us that you don't.

Well first off, I know how you feel. I broke up with my ex not very long ago, and if he got a new girlfriend.. I would be jealous. But we didn't break up because of anything he or I really did wrong. We just didn't need to be together (I didn't love him like he loved me). So honestly, it's natural unless you have a reason to "not care anymore", because I'll always care about all my exes, but it always fades into a friendship caring instead of a caring like you do in a relationship. Time will help you out a lot.

I'm sorry you don't feel happy. You need to take some time and figure out what you want and what will make YOU happy. It's okay to be jealous, it's a human feeling. But don't make it harder for her than it already is, that's only fair.

Yes, jealousy can make you confused.

 

It is a pretty intense emotion that left unchecked can play strongly with you. Just realize that it is an emotion and that more importantly it is something you can control. You may not be able to get rid of it, but you can certainly learn to control it. Best thing you can ever do is gain control over this emotion.
