How to regain her interest?

My gf and I broke up about 2 months ago. We recently started talking again and she says she wants us to be together, but she wants to take things slow. She said she wants to be friends and slowly work our way back up to a relationship.

 

I think a big part of why we broke up was because she started losing interest. How can i keep a womens inerest? Should i play hard to get sometimes and not always be so available? Any advice would be great.
