Here is where you can discuss all your cuddly, furry, or scaly critters to your hearts content. Over time we'll be moving previous pet threads into this forum but you can start posting in this forum as of now. Link to comment

thejigsup Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I'm a cat lady (I'd have a hundred if I could afford it) but I'm hardly lonely. I have a full social life: friends, family, and a bf. My bf is a cat lover, also, so we are always surrounded by cats. I gave him a kitty for his birthday this year and he keeps saying it's the best gift I ever gave him! Love this new forum! It's so cute, I am now searching for posts to move here, and when I search for 'dog' I get a list of lots of posts... many from you! Once I am back home again, you can count on many threads about our cat and how she gets along with another cat that we are gonna get from the shelter. Link to comment

You guys can make me a mod for a day and I'll do it! Thank you for going to a shelter! I want a shelter kitty so bad but my dog won't allow it! My dad gave me a trash bag FULL of dog toys that he's getting rid of from his dogs (he buys them a toy EVERY time he goes to the store and there are so many taht he has bags of ones he's not using). I just went through them, taking out the nasty ones, giving a couple to my dog, and putting a few of the ones my dog doesn't play with (from her 3 huge boxes full) to take to a no-kill shelter that will give them to the dogs there.
