Mixed Signals

I feel like Im getting mixed signals from my ex gf. We are known to play games with each other, but we have been talking a little bit together recently. We have been texting at times, but for the first time in a while she called me a couple of days ago and we talked for a good while. I sent her a text message today but she did not respond. Should this worry me? Is it a part of her playing the game that we play oh so often?
