NC is No Contact... none... whatsoever... you don't exist to them... they can send you every text, mail, package, whatever.. it just falls into the NC void.

 

LC is Light Contact... you typically don't initiate contact, but you will respond, in a light manner, to contact from them. There are different flavors of this though. I tend, in LC to only answer direct questions and ignore everything else... other will send light chat. Regardless, you avoid relationship and "heavy" issues.

It took a bit of head scratching when I first joined on here before I worked out the a FWB (something I've never heard aloud in my life apart from on terrible sitcoms) is the same as an FB.
