Met a nice girl, how to approach?

So I met a real sweetheart at the coffee shop I frequent. I always get big smiles from her and she basically knows what I like and has my personal style of coffee made and waiting for me by the time I get to the counter. We do a bit of casual, friendly small talk whenever I see her, and I just get a really good vibe from her. Did I mention she shoots me really big smiles?

 

I'd like to take her out on a date, but I only ever see her while she's working and there are lots of people around so I don't know how to approach her to ask her out on a date.

 

Any suggestions??

Hell no man, i'm not the least bit shy - I just don't think it would be appropriate to ask her out while she's working. What if it turns out she has a bf and is just flirting with me, i'd be soo frickin embarrassed especially around that many people and in front of all he co-workers lol - i'd never be able to get coffee there again hahahaaa!!

i flat out asked a waitress out over the weekend. got her number. she wants to hang out this weekend. don't waste time on opportunity.

Girls like a guy with balls of steel. Ask when others are around, I do it all the time. Have a regular conversation then bust into something like this.

 

"Actually, on X night me and some friends are going down to X location, it's gonna be a blast. You should come along"

 

See how she reacts and just pull your phone out like you know she's going to give her your number. Hand it to her and say "here just put your number in here and I'll call it so you have my number too"

 

Alot of times the first statement I make about going out with friends is total bull * * * * . She often times doesn't really care what you'll be doing it just doesn't make it awkward. Either way, you got her number and she wants to hang out. If you are really not going out with friends call her up and say something like, "hey actually we're not going out tonight but I was gonna go here, you should come out, it'd be fun"
