That depends on the people, and what they both want... you're not going to get a straight answer out of asking a question like that. Some people do it from day one, some from weeks in, some from months in and so on...

 

If you want ours though, I'd say it was after about 2-3 months of dating casually.

you talk about exclusivity. there was once or twice where i just up and introduced the girl as my gf and she looked at me and accepted it. that was also after a lot of dates and *ehem* interaction.

I've never had any talks with my boyfriend. It just kind of progressed naturally. It started with our first kiss, then we kept going on dates for a while, then we starting hanging out more at my place together instead of dating, then we slept together, he started staying over more often, we met each others families, we started to talk about marriage and kids... etc etc. This all happened over the span of 2.5 years. It wasn't really a series of stages but more a natural flow.
